23km PRO Race (Hardboards)
Get ready for an exhilarating experience on hardboards! This race kicks off with a standing water start, marked by the iconic 2 Mistral buoys. Navigate through 2 checkpoints before a powerful finish in the enchanting city of Ohrid. The top 3 riders from the last edition displayed an impressive tempo, crossing the finish line within just 1 minute of each other in this flat water 23km race. All participants in the 23km race must conquer the course within a 5-hour cut-off time.
23km Race (Inflatables)
In the inflatables category, limited to boards up to 14', paddle your way through 2 checkpoints, mirroring the challenges faced by the PRO riders. Ales Veronig set a remarkable record in the previous edition, completing the 23km course in an astonishing 3:20 minutes. The cut-off time for all racers, including those on inflatables, is set at 5 hours.
26km Adventure (Recreational Paddlers)
Embark on an adventure designed for recreational paddlers! Join the guided group tour led by Paddle Klub members, with the 'Crossing' spanning 6 to 8 hours, influenced by registrations and weather conditions. Limited to 100 paddlers, stay close to the picturesque coastline of Lake Ohrid, not straying beyond 50m from the beach. No shortcuts allowed! The Organizer, in collaboration with the Red Cross, ensures safety with trained rescue and first aid personnel shadowing participants by boat. The cut-off time for the Adventure category extends to 8 hours, promising a safe and enjoyable experience.
